Here is a my file with all the other previous positions. See, I'll be getting quite a collection soon...who needs to go spend loads of money on guide books!!

So I thought I'd start off with the missionary position....what's that..."boring" I hear you say. Well actually there are several different variations of the missionary, some which can be intensely satisfying...but I recommend you move on to something new when you've memorized how many cracks there are in your ceiling. I've listed them from 'standard' to 'go on my son'...have fun.

1. The basic missionary
                                      Girl on her back...boy in between her legs...we all know this one and those who don't know by now are never gonna know.

2. The wrap around.
                               Slightly more exciting...girl on back....boy in between her legs...(is anyone else getting the feeling of deja vous) girl raises her legs and wraps them around boy. This actually enables a slightly deeper penetration, and it enables the women to have a bit more control. If some little mite has his sex speed set on 'I don't know what I'm doing so I'm just gonna bang away' mode, the girl can grasp her legs as tight as possible and stop him dead in his tracks.

3. Legs akimbo.
                        Getting a little more acrobatic now. Girl on back...boy in between her legs with her legs over his shoulders. The depth of penetration steps up into a whole new level with this one. However fellas, be careful not to go too deep as it can be quite painful for you partner. She'll let you know what's good and how deep is deep enough.

4. Kneeling thing (running out of ideas for names)
                                                                          This time it starts the same...girl on her back..but shock horror this time boy is kneeling in between her legs as close as he can get to her and sat back on his ankles. Then boy lifts girl up on to him, girls legs are over his shoulders and her lower back is off the floor. This enables a deep and slightly alternative penetration, plus a great view for the bloke. However it can get a little uncomfortable so I recommend pillows and stamina. Also, with this position the boy is able to simulate the girl with his hands...wahey...cos we all like a bit of that don't we ladies.

See, told you missionary wasn't that boring. It's also a great intimate position as there is total body contact and a sense of closeness...you can look into each others eyes and whisper sweet nothings...or you can flip her over and forget the mushy stuff!!!

The next two are just standard positions as they don't really have variations...well actually they do but I just don't have the time to explain.

1. Sat up spooning.

This one's pretty simple. The female lies on her side with her legs up(have you noticed that in most positions the bird gets to laze around while the fella does all the work...it's bloody fantastic!!) and the man kneels, holding onto her thighs for support if necessary, and enters whilst leaning over her body. It can be a bit tricky positioning yourself just right without it slipping out every five seconds. But it's one for the books.

2. Girl on top

Thought I'd include a position where the female does some grafting in this one (see previous position for reason why)
Right with this one the guy should sit upright at the end of the bed with the girl sat on top of him. She then lifts her legs up in the air behind him and leans back (not too far...we don't want to snap it off) Then it's just a case of rocking back and fourth. Of course if you want to pick up the pace just sit up again and bounce away.

This week I decided to spice things up a tad and put a couple of positions up that are suitable for threesomes, one for two men and a woman, and one for two women and a man...I can imagine the wide grins spreading across all the lads faces at the thought of the latter!!

1. The Sandwich

Basically as it sounds. One man lays on his back with the women lying on top of him (back towards him) and the third man on top of her. This allows the women to experience double penetration, and apparently both men can feel the others penis through the thin lining of the women...if you're into that kind of thing. And for a little variation, why not swap over at half time.
(By the way my colleague wants to know what the correct etiquette is during a spitroast..I'm gonna get so many mails asking me what a spitroast is...should the two guys shake hands before they proceed?)

2. Lunchtime

The two female members get into the standard 69 position and begin to stimulate each other orally. The man gets far two excited, starts blubbering like an imbecile and ejaculates alone in the corner (only kiddin) The man actually comes behind the female who is on top. I.e. the one with her arse in the air and penetrates her. Both anal and vaginal are suitable for this. Remember to let the other bird get her turn though!!
